The Zilla Desert 50 UVB Bulb is a compact coil fluorescent bulb that produces higher amounts of UVB than the Zilla Desert UVB Canopy Bulb.
Due to experts reporting the output of Zilla UVB bulbs as "potentially unreliable", we do not recommend using this product without a Solarmeter 6.5 to make sure your reptile is getting the right amount of UVB.
We recommend the Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 Compact Fluorescent as an alternative.
