    With its potent UVB output, this bulb is perfect for high-UVB reptiles like bearded dragons, uromastyx, and chuckwallas.

    Usage Guidelines:

    Position the bulb at least 15" from your reptile. For optimal effect, install it on one side of the enclosure to create a light gradient. In terrestrial setups, the UVB bulb should cover roughly half the enclosure's length.

    Note that placing the lamp over a mesh top decreases UVB output by about 30%.

    Replace the bulb annually to ensure consistent performance.

    For precise UVB measurement, we recommend using a Solarmeter 6.5 to check output at the exact distance between the bulb and your reptile, preventing under- or over-exposure.
