Zoo Med Forest Floor offers a natural cypress mulch bedding that mimics the appearance and purpose of a true forest ground. Ideal for snakes, amphibians, tropical tortoises, and other reptiles needing moderate to high humidity levels. It can be used alone or as a top layer over a base substrate such as ReptiSoil or Eco Earth for added depth and texture.

Usage Guidelines:

Spread a minimum of 2 inches of Zoo Med Forest Floor Bedding across the terrarium base. A deeper layer encourages natural burrowing activities.

Remove waste, urates, and soiled bedding daily through spot cleaning. Fully replace the substrate every 3 months or earlier if necessary.
