Blue tongue skinks (Tiliqua spp.) are a group of lizards found throughout Australia and Indonesia. They are best known for their distinctive blue tongues. Blue tongue skinks are primarily active during the day and eat an omnivorous diet of small animals, insects, and vegetation. They grow 15-24" long and live an average of 15-20+ years in captivity.
