Why Does My Beardie Do Head Bobbing?

Why Does My Beardie Do Head Bobbing?

This behavior is more common in male bearded dragons and it usually signals a dominance or territorial aggression. For example, your beardie may bob his head at a female beardie to impress her and show his dominance during breeding.

You may see your lizard’s head bobbing even when there are no other beardies around. This may simply mean that your bearded dragon is in a good mood.
