This lamp works best with small terrariums 8-12" tall, for reptiles with low UVB requirements. For larger enclosures, we recommend the more powerful Zoo Med T5 HO Reptisun 10.0.

Distance is measured from the tip of the bulb to the basking area or reptile. UVI estimations are approximate. Note that UVI is reduced by 30-40% when the UVB bulb is placed over mesh screen.
